Visited Tokyo, Japan last week. Went there to attend a workshop. Fortunately had a few days of wandering around the mega-city. Since my hardisk is almost at its limit, I may need a little more time to manage the files in order to transfer the photos from my camera to PC. My perception of Tokyo - clean, crowded, systematic, packaging and politeness. More to come.

Can you guess how long does it take to complete a 15-storey building? 2 years? No, the Chinese did it in SIX days only. This accomplishment has put most of the builders in shame. On the other hand, how safe is a building which is completed in a super short time frame?

Angry Birds is so popular that it also appears on red packet. Now is the giver as angry as the Angry Birds' characters?

There's a saying that you can make an egg stand on its end during the 立春 day. Some says it can be done during the equinox too (21 Mar and 22 Sept). However, other argues it can be done at any time and any day. For Chinese, this day is usually marked as 立春 - signifying the start of spring. I did a little experiment on that day (5 Feb 2012). It worked! Now, we should repeat the experiment using the same egg on other days. Unfortunately, the egg was accidentally cracked and ended up in a bowl of soup.
