Whose responsibility is it to develop a close knit community within the workplace? Employers? Employees?
We see many employers try to foster good relation among the employees by organizing family day, annual dinner and brain washing training. Does it work?
Often time we get a niche group within the employees. It could be a lunch partner, a gossip mate or car-pooler. Well, after all, no man is an island.
Wouldn't it be good if all employers can offer freebies at workplace like what Google does?
