It is a simple and clear understanding about what you can be the best in the world at, what drives your economic engine, and what you are deeply passionate about. All these three elements are needed for a good-to-great company. Miss one, you only attain a successful company.
To ensure the company is aligned within these three elements, a group of council might help to see it's course. They debate, analyze and execute decision for the sake of company progress.
