(1) People perform well and more alert if they sleep TEN hours a day.
(2) People who stay late have more creativity. Now you know why writers and bloggers stay up late until early morning.
(3) People who rise up early are more stressful as stress hormone cortisol peaks around 7am. So better wake up at noon.
