One of the best movies. The story line is good and fresh. 
It unfolds the background of the main actor (Jamal) through a series of flashback and the game questions. Strange....as the game questions are revealed one by one, so as the life of Jamal. It chronologizes the event from childhood until present. I find it very unreal as the game questions try to keep up with the life event of Jamal (sort of), in a chronology manner, except for the last question.
The game show reminds me of a favourite game show few years back. Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
Oh, mind you, this is not your ordinary Hindi movie with lots of dancing and singing. They do dance and sing, only at the end of the movie. Just a token of celebration since all Hindi movies end with hope and joy (maybe I'm wrong).
